About the institution
Scuola Nazionale Servizi (SNS), a Foundation set up in 2012, aggregates more than 60 entities: 55 enterprises, 5 Entrepreneurial National Associations (representing the 85% of the Facility Management Italian Market), 1 citizen national association as well as skilled professionals and researchers for the purpose of the promotion and diffusion of applied research and innovation, mainly in the Facility Management and Facility Services sector.
It’s relevant to highlight that 847.000 people work in Italy within the facility services industry, 27% are migrant (data source Galassia dei Servizi 2016 – SNS) .Is well rooted at European and International level, as a full member of EuroFM (http://www.eurofm.org) and of EFCI Circle – European Federation of Cleaning Industries (http://www.feni.be/index.php?id=9&L=0) and DIESIS coop (www.diesis.coop) SNS counts as full members several social cooperatives and, among them, it is included Legacoop Servizi, the national association aggregating cooperatives and social enterprises within the whole Italian territory, with a special focus on unemployed and disadvantaged people.
Due to its wide and strong international network, SNS Foundation is a benchmark for the Italian enterprises interested in internationalization processes.
Furthermore, ANMDO( National Association of Director of Hospitals) is a full member of SNS and the ANMDO President is a member of the SNS’ board.
Our strong link with Universities and Research Centres is highlighting by the presence of the new Rector of the University of Udine as President of our technical-scientific committee.
